Note From The Director February 2008

Hello to all you Harley folks. Hope you enjoyed the ‘new’ holiday we created: “Super Bowl Sunday”. An awful lot of things shut down on that day, except Harleys. (We just get the ride in before the game).
We are continuing to try to keep 2-3 rides a month, and this month is no exception. If you can make the Polar Bear on Saturday the 9th, or the Sweethearts on Sunday the 10th, you will have 2 good opportunities to get out there.
As you heard at the meeting, I am getting involved with the Riders Edge program that the Dealership is going to sponsor. It is going to cut down on some of my time on the road, but I will be at our rides every chance I can.
 Meanwhile I will be encouraging everyone to get started on selling our raffle tickets (see Ajay), and getting involved with the pre- Fun Run stuff. It is our Chapter, and our only fundraiser, so please get involved.
We are going to start work on our Chapter Picnic to celebrate 20 years and that information should start being available next meeting.
